What this website does with your information

What we collect

Only what you type into the demo request form:

• Your specialty, the number of clinicians at your practice, what would help most and when you hope to start
• Your name, role, practice name and work email, and your phone number if you add one

Please don't include any patient information in the form. This site is for practices, not patients, and the example screens on it use made-up sample data.

Why we collect it

To reply to your request and plan a 30-minute walkthrough for your practice. We don't sell your information.

Spam protection

The form has a hidden field that people never see, and it limits how many requests one visitor can send in an hour. To count requests we keep a scrambled code made from your network address, not the address itself, for a short time.

Cookies and tracking

We don't run advertising or analytics trackers on these pages.

Who handles it

Our hosting and database providers store your request for us. Only the Interval Health team reads it.

Your choices

To ask us to correct or delete your request, reply to any message we send you.

Changes

If we change this notice we'll update the date above.
